Jose was born and raised in Sao Paulo, Brazil. He moved to the US in 2001 to attend College under a tennis scholarship. In 2005, he graduated from FGCU with a degree in Business Management. As a member of the tennis team, Jose was ranked nationally in doubles as high as #7 nationally in the NCAA Division 2, and helped the team to achieve its highest team ranking in school’s history at #7 in the NCAA Division 2.

  With great enthusiasm and knowledge of the game, Jose teaches tennis to people at any age and any level. He has been involved with many different programs, including clinics, private lessons, fundraisers, pro-am events, and exhibitions. As a USPTA Elite Professional, Jose is the USPTA District President for the Bonita Springs area.
